Description
This is a small company that offers various leisure activities. It offers local sightseeing tours, boat trips, bicycle rental, and party organization. All these services are offered in an attractive tourist area.
To ensure that everything runs smoothly, they use our assistant. The assistant has been given a description of each service, as well as the requirements and restrictions. The assistant can also check the availability of the service at the customer's desired time.
Needless to say, the small business does not have to worry about translation work, as the assistant does it all. And as usual, it does the following:
- Receives the customer's request and clarifies the customer's wishes and possibilities
- Based on the instructions prepared by the small company, asks the customer additional questions
- Checks the small company's systems to see if the right equipment or the right size of bicycle is available, etc.
- Finds free time in the service calendar and coordinates it with the customer
- If the customer confirms the order, sends the order to the small company's calendar in the local language
- Prepares an order form (if necessary in multiple languages) and sends it to the email of the respective service instructor.
There are several ways to implement the different steps in this solution,
but the solution described above could cost the small company ~ €6,000 for initial setup/development and €60/month thereafter.
